1. General Agreement
By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the jclub99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect as soon as you click the registration button or use our services for the first time.
jclub99 operates under a valid international licence and provides an online gaming platform covering slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and roulette. All activities on this platform are subject to the terms stated here as well as any additional rules that may appear in specific sections of the platform.
Should there be any conflict between these general terms and specific game rules or bonus conditions, the more specific terms will take precedence for that section only.
2. Member Eligibility

- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- Register personally and not on behalf of a third party

jclub99 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings achieved before age verification is received are subject to review.
3. Account Registration
Each member is permitted to hold one jclub99 account only. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, using the same name, mobile number, email or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide your full name and a valid, accurate national identification number (MyKad) or passport number
- Supply an active email address and a reachable mobile phone number
- Keep your password secure and not share your login details with anyone
- Notify jclub99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
jclub99 is not responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of a password by the member themselves or from negligence in safeguarding account information.
4. Deposits and Payments
jclub99 supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. Every deposit is processed through a secure and encrypted channel.
The conditions relating to deposits are as follows:
- The minimum amount per deposit is RM20 for all payment methods
- All deposits must be made using an account or wallet registered in the member's own name
- jclub99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal
- Deposits made through a third party may be held pending completion of an investigation
- No additional fees are charged by jclub99 for the deposit process, however your financial service provider may apply their own charges
5. Withdrawals
The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within one hour after the request is approved. jclub99 aims to process all valid withdrawals within this timeframe, however processing times by banks or e-wallet providers may vary.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Members must have completed the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet in the same member's name
- Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled
- jclub99 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals that require further investigation for security or compliance reasons
- Withdrawals that are suspicious or linked to fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities
6. Bonuses and Promotions
jclub99 offers various types of bonuses to its members. The welcome bonus is the first offer for new members — a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. If you deposit RM800 or more, the maximum bonus of RM300 will be given, bringing your balance to RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.
The wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. All other bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each offer while it is active.
General rules for all jclub99 bonuses and promotions:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per offer unless stated otherwise
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players
- jclub99 reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice
- Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings
- VIP players at Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively
7. Game Rules
Every game available on the jclub99 platform, whether online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker or roulette, has its own rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before starting a session.
The general principles governing all games at jclub99 are as follows:
- Game results produced by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
- Any winnings obtained during a technical disruption or system error will be reviewed and resolved based on jclub99 server records
- jclub99 is not responsible for losses caused by an unstable internet connection on the player's end
- RTP (Return to Player) and game volatility are managed by the respective game providers and general information is available in the help section of each game
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jclub99 platform and may result in disciplinary action including account closure, forfeiture of winnings or reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Opening or using more than one account by the same individual
- Use of automated software, bots, tools or any method that manipulates game outcomes
- Collusion between multiple players to exploit the bonus system or games
- Use of an account or payment method in someone else's name without valid authorisation
- Attempts to launder money through the jclub99 platform
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification
- Any attempt to hack, breach or disrupt the jclub99 technical systems
9. Privacy and Data Security

10. Limitation of Liability
jclub99 provides the gaming platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service or freedom from disruption. To the extent permitted by law, jclub99's liability is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to any claim arising.
jclub99 is not responsible for:
- Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the member
- Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
- Acts or omissions by third-party service providers including game providers or payment services
11. Account Closure and Suspension
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jclub99 support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or the eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the current policy.
jclub99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of a violation of any term in this document
- There is activity indicating an attempt at fraud or money laundering
- The member fails to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
- The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions
In cases of closure due to a violation, jclub99 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit account balances associated with the reported activity, subject to an internal investigation.
12. Amendments to These Terms
jclub99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any section of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Each amendment takes effect immediately upon being published on the website.
Members are responsible for reviewing this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the jclub99 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes.
For amendments involving material changes to member rights, jclub99 will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or through in-platform notifications; however, non-receipt of such notification does not exempt members from being bound by the latest terms.
